Painting tour JAPAN 2024.
A trip that made us share our art with many people but at the same time made us learn from a unique and special culture. It was a unique experience full of activities and workshops. Accompanied and sponsored this tour by our friends from the Hive Art Gallery and Imagine School, Joane Ellis and Bill Adler from Australia.

Landing in Tokyo, we immersed ourselves in the city and visited the fair education in Shinjuku. We also did a Japanese Lacquar Urushi Chop Sticks Making and a Kintsugi Workshop with Naoko Kusuda. Visited the Hosen College of Childhood Education, and the exclusive tour of Hosen Temple. We took the famous “Bullet Train” to Kyoto. In the city of Kochi we did a Workshop at Meitoku High School with Art Club Students of Fresco technique and Iguarnieri. The students demonstrated a series of practices such as archery, kendo, and karate for us. They also performed a Wadaiko drum performance, and the day concluded with a sumo practice demonstration. We also made a “Washi Japanese Paper Making cultural experiences”. In Takamatsu city the “udon making experience”. We finalized the whole experience with another Art Experience by Iguarnieri at Tachibana Primary School at Shizuoka TOKYO
